I was asked to create a new ticket after responding here.
As with the original poster, I too would appreciate early guidance & documentation on how OAuth integration will work between Amelia and Zoom as the current JWT implementation will stop working in a few months.
I have a few setups that will be affected by this and would very much like to have a comfortable testing and implementation period.
We do not have that documentation yet since this will happen in 5 months. We will make documentation or a video or both for this. At this time we do not have that yet. We will publish this documentation in due time and you will have the time to test this out, do not worry.
If you have any more questions please open a new ticket and we will gladly help you there.
It's actually now four months which really is not very long in terms of implementing, documenting and testing.
I do hope this is close to the top of your task list given that every single install out there that has an existing Zoom tie-in will stop working in 16, 17 weeks.
