I have made a package of appointments on my website for clients. in this package the client must select a specific provider where all appointments are booked with him/her. When the customer try to book through customer panel the provided is not the same as it was in the booking form. please solve this problem as soon as possible
This is how Amelia is designed. If they do not book all appointments in advanced with the same employee, the employee will be assigned at random once they book the new appointment form the customer panel. This is how it works at this time I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
