I am trying to sign into my google calendar from the employee tab and when I click the sign into google button it then takes me to the google login page where I select the account and confirm access. It then redirects me back to the WordPress site with the following error:
"The integration process has been interrupted. An error has occurred (social-login-error). Please try again later or contact our support team."
This has been happening for weeks now. It is really difficult managing multiple diaries so I would like this to be redirected as soon as possible please if somebody could help :)
Are you logging in from the back end or from the employee's panel?
If you use the front-end Employee panel and want to allow employees to connect their Google calendars from there, you also need to add the full URL of the page where you have the front-end Employee panel, as well. Please make sure to include the whole URL, with the closing ” / ” included, as shown in the screenshot below (“staff-portal” redirect URI).
If you're not able to connect your employees through the back end, please check the app you created in Google Developers Console, and see if the credentials are properly added by going through our documentation again.
If that doesn't help, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
This issue is not coming from Amelia, but from the Taggbox Widget:
It interrupts Amelia's connection with Google Calendar for some reason, and I don't believe there's anything in Amelia that can be done to prevent this from happening.
Please deactivate this plugin, connect your employee(s) to Google Calendar(s), and then activate Taggbox Widget. Alternately, reach out to this plugin's support team and ask them if they know why it's interrupting Amelia's call to Google.
Excellent, this has solved the issue. Is there any way I can get all previous and current appointments up from amelia to google calendar? It will only show if I make a new appointment.

I'm glad to hear this helped, Rory.
Unfortunately, there's no way to include existing appointments in Google Calendar. Only new appointments can be added.
