I have used a Woocommerce store for several years and recently installed Amelia for its booking capabilities. I have set up all the services to match my woocommerce products and linked using intergration. However, when I came to use the catalog booking for either paid appointments or packages, the message says "Nothing in Cart." I then realized there is no "Appointment" product in Woocommerce. I thought that was created automatically during intergration...? Please advise.
Have you installed the new update (6.1)? We've included some WooCommerce fixes in that version, so please try updating the plugin first if you haven't already.
If you did update the plugin, I can't say what's going on without taking a look at your website. So please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
