I want a user on my site to have an administrator role as well as an Amelia Employee role. They are both an admin and a provider. How do I allow them to do both? Currently, I can't connect their provider account to their WordPress user account because they have the administrator role. I need this to be possible. Otherwise, they have to create two separate accounts which is kind of dumb.
They have to create 2 separate accounts. You can not do this because Amelia will not work properly. These roles have different permission and this will create conflict within Amelia.

My question is...why? Why is the plugin built this way? All you have to do is a check to see if a user has a certain role. It's a simple thing to do.
Hello Kenny,
Because different roles have different permission and this will create conflict within Amelia.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/
