I'm trying to access Amelia through my wordpress site and while I can get to the WP dashboard when I try to access Amelia I'm being asked for a WP user/email and password.
I'm on a different laptop due to mine needing repairs and I haven't come across this before as I can normally just access Amelia from the dashboard without a problem.
I've tried every user/email and password known and it won't allow me to access Amelia. Any easy solutions for this??

No, I can log in to my WP dashboard but when I click on an Amelia area (eg; appointments) another WP login pops up again so I can't access any part of the Amelia dashboard

Thank you for clearing that up.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
