We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hey guys,

    The customer I'm working with (helping to set up the plugin) collected couple of questions, which I would like to ask now:

    1. Is there any possibility to change the colours of the bookings per employee? (at the moment all bookings on the calendar are coloured with light blue background - and would be good to set A colour to A employee, and if there is a booking for that employee then A booking will be displayed with A colour...)

    2. Is there a way to put the 'payment status' badge onto the booking on the calendar or on the pop-up tooltip on the calendar booking (on hover)?

    3. Also is there a way to put the last appointment date onto the booking on the calendar pop-up tooltip too?

    4. And lastly: is there any way to change the calendar timeframe - I've set the booking slots for 5mins and thats fine like that, however we would like to set the backend calendar timeframe to 1 hour so it won't display 3 rows / 15mins.

    I appreacite the answer(s) and solution(s) if we have any.

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. 

    Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

    Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
