Can you please update your plugin, and purge cache - it should resolve the issue. Yes, we had a bug that made tables flash like that with predefined filters,
but our devs fixed it with the latest Update 5.3.
Can you please update your plugin, and purge cache - it should resolve the issue.
Updating the plugin to the latest version
Just also make sure to have this enabled in Table Display settings / Hide until loaded
