After choosing a date and time, this message appears on the scheduling form:
"We need your consent to load the ReCaptcha service! This content is not permitted to load due to trackers that are not disclosed to the visitor. The website owner needs to setup the site with their CMP to add this content to the list of technologies used."
I've entered a Google Recaptcha Site Key and code in the Amelia Settings. Any idea what is causing this error?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for looking into it. I tried adding that CSS, but it only hides the message, it doesn't remove the recaptcha. So when I tried to schedule an appointment, it still sits there and spins but doesn't process the submission.
On the live site? I disabled reCAPTCHA on the live site, so the form is working there. I still see the error message on the staging site where reCaptcha is enabled.
Hello. I created new keys with v2, cleared the site cache and my browser cache, and tested it, but am having the same issue. You'll see it on the staging site.
This is a conflict with theme (uc-block.bundle.js) and Amelia plugin. At the moment, we do not have any solution for this so you would have to either disable recaptcha or change the theme on your website.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
