I was wondering if it is possible to connect 2 kinds of appointments.
I'll explain: I have 1 day specialty services. I want clients to be able to book/reserve one of those days but I need to do an intake with them before there booking is final. So What I want to have is a calendar that shows the availability for the 1 day services and when they make the booking, they also need to plan their intake, 3 weeks or more in advance.
If I understood this correctly, you would need your customers to book one service and once they book that service, they should book the next one, two or three services for three or more weeks in advance
If that assumption is true, the only way you can do that is by creating packages. In the package that you create, one service would be mandatory for booking when purchasing the package while the other service (or services) would have to be booked through the customer panel afterward.
Please let me know if I misunderstood and explain in more detail how the customers' journeys would look like.
But it is actually in reverse. Lets say they book the 1 day service at march 2. The intake should then take place before the 9th of februari. So my site should show march 2nd as available and on booking that date they should book the intake immediately.
I don't know if something like this will be possible through Amelia.
My idea would be to create a service that has different settings, so it has to be booked 4 weeks in advance (for example), like this:
The second (intake) service wouldn't be limited in such a way, but would instead have the "Period available for booking in advance" set to less than 4 weeks. So when you add both services to a package, the 1-day service would be bookable from February 25th (I'm focused on today and my limitation, but you can configure it however you want), so 4 weeks from now, while the intake service could only be booked until February 25th, thus making the intake appointment mandatory before the 1-day service.
Hi there!

Can I do that with amelia?

Hello again Manon.
I don't know if something like this will be possible through Amelia.

Hope that helps!
