1. When a client accesses his customer panel to book an appointment with a package he has allready purchased, the system doesnt let him choose the employee.
1.a When a booking is made through a package, the employee doesnt get a notification
2. In the front end the system is showing random days with free time slots that in the backend are allready booked. when you try to book these time slots in the front end, at the end of the process it says "Time slot is not available" but in the first step of the booking form the same time slot is available
1. This is how the plugin is currently working. Once the package has been booked, there's no way to choose an employee when booking from the panel, but we will be changing that soon, so hopefully, from our next update, your customers will be able to choose the employee they want a book with.
1a. Please check if you have the package booked notification enabled And configured in Amelia/Notifications.
2. Please update the plugin to the latest version. And if that doesn't help, provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

As for point 1. It has never worked this way. The client could allways choose the employee when booking through a package. It´s not an aupdate I am asking for. There must be a bug or you have changed the system, I don´t know. But it´s a big problem and I can not wait for your next update of the plugin. All my bookings are a mess because of this. Is ther no solution? The plugin is updated to the latest verision. Thanks
The customer can still choose the employee when they book the package, but they cannot select an employee when booking the remaining appointments through the panel.
Here's the employee selection on your website:
It still works.
And what never worked was choosing the employee through the customer's panel. This is why there's a feature request for this here, but you don't need to cast your vote there since, as I mentioned, we will include it in one of our upcoming updates.
The customer can book appointments within the package at the moment when they're purchasing the package, you just need to configure the minimum and the maximum number of appointments they can book.
At the moment, if they don't book all appointments within the package during package booking, there's no other way of booking those except from the Customer's Panel.
I don't know when the next update will be, nor can I promise that our next update will include the employee selection of appointments remaining in the package. It should be included, and I hope that it will, but there are a lot of things that can come up during development, so we can't actually promise a specific date.
I can confirm I am also having the time slot bug in latest release. The Back end the time is not available (either from an amelia booking, or personal calendar event set as 'busy'), however the front-end incorrectly displays the slot is available to book.
Amelia prevents the slot from being booked with the error message "Time slot is not available" but again, it shouldn't have shown slot as being available in the first place.
This isn't happening on all days, but enough to be very annoying.
Are you referring to booking the remaining slots within a package and/or rescheduling from the Customer Panel, or to booking an appointment through the booking form?
There was a bug in 6.0, where booking package appointments that span over 40 days caused this error, but this was fixed with 6.1. Can you record your screen, please?
Hi,
I have two different errors:
Thank you,
Julia

Is there any other way for the client to make an appointment through a package, besides the client panel?
Do you know when that next plugin update will be, please?
Thanks
