In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello, I would need each employee to have their own link to a calendar and to their own Zoom.
Likewise, is it possible that in the payments it is described which employee it corresponds to?
Example, a law office that each one can have their own calendar with their own link to Zoom and that each one charges their own prices. When it comes to charging for services, is there a possibility for each lawyer to have their own account and a commission to go to the central office?

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. In Amelia, at this time you can connect employees to only one zoom account and you can set up only one account that will receive payments.
