Hello, how do I change when the google meet invitation is sent? I notice that the gmeet invitation is sent when an order is created even though neither the booking nor the payment status is approved or paid.
Please go to settings/integrations/Google and turn off the option called Insert Pending Appointments and then this invite should not send to employees or customers for pending appointments.
