First, you need to set your site to be multilingual. Amelia follows page locale. Then you need to add different languages in general settings and then in the notifications section and after that, you need to create and save each template for different notifications. And that is it.

I'm afraid we didn't understand what you didn't understand because we already explained how to achieve this.
1.First, you need to set your site to be multilingual. This is related to your site not to Amelia. So you or your web developer must set that your site is multilingual.
2. Amelia follows page locale. And locale of your page must be set in different languages
3. Then you need to add different languages in general settings and then in the notifications section and after that, you need to create and save each template for different notifications. And that is it.

I created several services with Amélia and different employees even if it's always me in the end.
So I have as employees
Pascal for France
PascalUs for consultations in the US because days and times taking into account the time difference
PascalMalaysia ditto
and I would like to be able to create different notifications for each service because the data to put in them is different.
How to do.
Obviously, for Pascal France, notification in French
PascalUS in English
PascalMalaysia in English but different data.
Thank you for your help.
