I have a bug in the Stripe payment notifications placeholder. In the email it’s suppose to just say “Stripe” or “Online” but instead there are a long serie of numbers, letters and signs like in the picture attached (I covered some of it just in case is something private).
We have tried to replicate this issue on several devices but we couldn't
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
You can go to WP users on the left side and create a new admin for your site and the credentials and you can send us those credentials to us and that is it. Hope this helps.
