We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Not sure whether this is the right place – and more of a community question. Here's the scenario.
Want to set up Apple Pay but can't use Mollie payments. Wanting to keep the clean, straightforward process that Amelia has for taking payments. Trying to avoid WooCommerce due to the duplication of data + increasing database size + added complexity.
We can definitely set up WooCommerce with Stripe and Apple Pay, but are there any guidelines/experiences to share about the best way to do this whilst keeping things smooth and feeling 'integrated' from the customer UX point of view? I'm not a fan of the WooCommerce checkout and customising the template requires long term maintenance.
Thanks in advance
Danny
Hello Danny,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems such as: PayPal, Mollie, Stripe, WooCommerce and RazorPay.
We do not have integration with Apple pay, but we have core integrations with WooCommerce. You can read more about Amelia and WooCommerce integrations on this link https://wpamelia.com/woocommerce-integration/.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
