Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Employee can only get information that this has been changed to another date. BUt that spot will automatically become available so they can check their schedule and see what time slot are available for booking.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

When someone reschedules an appointment, a message about the date and time of the new appointment is sent to the customer and the employee. Cool!
How can the employee also know which is the appointment from which he comes, that is, the appointment that the customer leaves available?
Can this information also be sent by mail? maybe some placeholder?
