An employee has an availability to work on a given day from 17:10 - 18:30. Now I want to add extra time for ONLY this day, from 18:30 - 19:00. When I add this extra 30min by using a 'Special day', sometimes a 'glitch' occurs as you can see in the photo 'After adding extra time'. You can see that the extra 30min is added and available, but a new block occurs between 18:00 - 18:30 in which no appointments can be added.
How does this 'glitch' occur, and how can I solve or prevent this?
Does any of this services has a buffer time? If you do not have a buffer time for any of those services please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
