There’s a problem in the customer panel when a customer is booking appointments via a package that he has purchased before. When a customer tries to book the appointment later, it doesn’t let him choose the employee. The system choose a random employee. That’s a huge problem for my business and caused MANY CANCELLATIONS!
PLEASE IMPROVE THIS ASAP! I have contacted you before and nothing happened…
I have exactly the same problem as Henning. Also, when a client makes a booking through a package, sometimes the employee doesnt get the notification of that booking. Don´t know if that has anything to do with the first problem..
