I have a problem on Amelia and I can't find the answer in the documentation.
Currently, when an appointment is made, it is pending, it's perfect, it allows me to validate the proposal. On the other hand, my clients can always make an appointment on the same slot, so I have several reservations for the same time but for a single person, and that as long as I have not validated one of the reservations.
I would therefore keep that once a slot is reserved, it is no longer possible to reserve the same slot.

Please check the service capacity and capacity that is set for that employee in edit employee/assigned services. Also please go to settings/appointments settings and chek if this option us turned off Allow booking above maximum capacity.
