1. Can i take a look at the back-end of this table?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
And point me to the table ID, please
2. I am sorry to disappoint you, but currently, it's not possible to link multiple Forms to one table,
and it is also not possible to combine multiple tables into one.

The only way how you can make relations between multiple tables,
for example if you wish to pull another table's column values into a current table,
can be done by using our foreign-key feature, but that only works for SQL and Manual tables, it does not work for any tables connected to Forms.
When opening the column settings the page hangs and does not open the settings
I am using Forminator as the basis for the tables the date of birth does not come up in all cases
is it possible to combine two Forminator forms into one table or can one combine two tables into one
Hi, Gerrit
Sorry for the delay

Hi, Gerrit
Thank you for the access, i am able to see the issue on your back-end tables.
It seems to be some kind of a CSS/Bootstrap conflict between our default plugin styles,
and something else on your site is overriding it, such as possibly your current Theme or another plugin.
-
If you wish to keep everything on site as it is, you can just use this CSS, and add it to your main plugin settings/Custom JS and CSS/Custom CSS:
I took the liberty to add this for you, i hope that's OK,
and now i can see the column settings appear
Let me know if that helps.Thank you
Kind Regards,
