Hi, when we create an event there is the field "Organizer" and "Team", the organizer gets an E-Mail confirmation and it shows in his Outlook-Calendar, but for the Team that doesn't happen. But for the Team it's still blocked in the front-end, so you can't book a service or course. So the problem is just that the employees don't get an E-Mail confirmation and it's not synchronized in their Outlook-Calendar. Is there a way that this can be fixed?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
