We have data tables in which there are missing cells (because the information is unknown for that cell). Whenever we try to do ANYTHING in the table, (sort, filter, etc), even in a column with complete fill, every row that is not complete in every cell disappears.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

I see what you mean, even if i change the "Number of rows" from 100 to "ALL", or if i try to sort,
any rows containing a blank cell in any numeric column seems to make these rows disappear from the table.
The behaviour is strange on your site,
but i am not able to reproduce it if i copy some of the values as a sample table on our Test site.
Here is my Video of the test, as you see , i made some integer columns and one float column for the 'Start Stack' values, and i can sort without causing the issue, so seems it is not a bug, but rather an issue specific to your site.
Can i please remotely log in and check the back-end setup?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Please let me know how it goes, i hope that these informations help you get a working solution,
at least for the time being. Our developers will do their best to improve this behaviour in the future,
but i can't say an ETA when it will be improved.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like ( it is also available in the plugin dashboard), where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
I just wanted to update you that I did try your work-around and it performed beautifully. Thank you so much for the excellent and timely help. I really appreciate it!

Hi, Heather
The issue is with the Number Range slider when having NULL/blank values for numeric columns.
Currently, there is a limitation with the "Number range slider" filter, for NULL/blank values.
If we use the "Number Range" filter , it can work OK with that,
but a "Number range Slider" can not work with this data, and that is why it is making errors.
- Our devs plan to work on improving this behaviour, but i can't say a realistic ETA if or when it might be changed.
A workaround for this use-case might be to set the original value in the cells to 0,
but then to use Conditional Formatting on the column to present these 0 values as "NULL"/blank for the final user.
Then you will be able to use a Number Range filter, and the Number Range Slider as well.
Here is my example - if i have this Test Numeric Column, and i put zeroes, where all the NULLS should be
Then i add a Number Range, with a Slider to Filtering of the column;
but i add this Rule in the column settings/Conditional formatting:
This will set the cell content to empty, wherever it finds zeroes :
Now, the only "setback" in this workaround is,
we can't pass Conditional formatted values / or any calculated values from a table to a chart.
So if you plan to make charts out of this table, the chart would present these values as zeroes.
But if you don't need charts from these kind of tables, then this might work.
Let me know how that seems, and If the workaround with Conditionals can work for you, until we improve that issue in the future.
Thanks

Miloš Jovanović

Thank you so much! This is extremely helpful and I really appreciate it. I will try to execute on our table and let you know if I have any problems.
