But we have to also confirm the result of the ping network test.
A ping network test transmits data packets to a specific IP address and either confirms or denies there is connectivity between IP-networked devices.
In the case of confirmation, you will discover the “latency” (i.e., the length of the response time) by performing a ping test.
If the ping fails, this can point to the need for further investigation to locate the root cause.
So, if you can please check either with server Dev Ops, or the hosting support,

when we try to access your Wp-Admin to remotely check how it looks on your site when we log in,
something on the site is blocking access for us , we got error 403 with this message:
403 Forbidden
You are not authorized to access the requested page.
Can you check with the hosting support, if you can whitelist my IP , please, so that we can access your WP-Admin?
