Hello, we have the 3 following issues with the appointment part of the platform for which we need help:
1) when trying to book an appointment, some of our clients (but not all) are required to register an account in our website, which should not be the case and we do not even see those accounts anywhere. In addition, they receive an error message saying that there is an error establishing a database connection - could you please have a look at how to fix that?
2) We set up the langage to French for our Booking Form but it still appears in English on the left (Date & Time - Service selection - Your Information) while the payment appears in French (Paiements). Also, the sentence "Payments will be made on-site" appears in English in the Booking Form during the reservation. How can we switch everything to French?
3) We updated several times the wording of our email notifications but it stays stuck to an older version. We have registered and refreshed several times, the test email is working fine but the "real" emails received are still the old version. Why does it not update properly when sending directly to clients?

When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

1. Amelia doesn't have this kind of option where it forces users to register. Are you sure that this is an issue with Amelia? Can you please send us a couple of more screenshots? Or a short one-minute video? We went on your site but we did not get this notification anywhere.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated
6. Save the translation.
7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
3. Please check if you have updated pending or approved notifications.

2. Words can be changed using POEDIT very easily.
If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:
1. Download the Amelia plugin from CodeCanyon and save the .zip file on your computer.
2. Unzip the downloaded .zip file.
3. You need to download and install POEDIT.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated
6. Save the translation.
7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
