I have installed Duplicator Pro plugin and it keep giving a warning of a missing security plugin. Do you recommend having a security plugin? If yes, which one works best with WpDatatables?
We are not very familiar with security plugins, to be honest, so we can't say which ones might be the best to use.
I think that you can't go wrong with any of them, just try to select one of the most 'popular ones' , that have many good reviews and many users who confirm that it is good.
I know that for a couple of users who used server-side tables ( SQL and Manual), they had an issue because on their site firewall it was blocking our table's Admin-Ajax calls,
but that only happened to a couple of users, it is very rare - and even for them, we easily resolved that,
we can easily see if there are any network errors in the console , then we direct our users what to tell their hosting support,
and the hosting guys lift whatever block was there for our tables fairly quickly, so i would say that you should not have any major issues in that regard for any Security plugin that you might try.
Whenever i search for things like that, and in general about WordPress guides, these guys are really great, at the www.wpbeginner.com site.
For example, they made this Guide, and they also recommend some good solutions,
