We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi Amelia Team, 

    we are using Amelia as a room booking tool. Our rooms are stored as employees (for Google calendar) as well locations.

    We are trying to introduce a package to our clients where they can buy a discounted 5 room booking package. 

    1) When they purchase the package they should be able to book any appointment AND be able to choose the room of their liking (employee or location). All 6 employees/rooms are added to the package details. 
    But it looks like this is not provided in the package appointment booking process? Why can customers not choose their location when booking an appointment?

    2) After booking an appointment within the package we want them to see in their frontend appointment customer panel which rooms (employee/location) they have booked. This is not shown currently (see attachment). Is there a way to display the room (employee/location) in the package appointment overview in the customer panel?

    3) Is there any (web)hook that can be triggered as soon as all appointments of a package are booked? We want to send an automatic invoice as soon as the package is fully used.

    Hello Kevin,

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    1. Unfortunately, at the moment there is no option to choose a location for the appointments in the package but I will have passed it to our management to implement it in one of the future updates.

    2. 3. Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/ 

    We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more vote the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.
