Sure, you can do that. If you add the %payment_type% placeholder to your email templates, the payment type will be displayed in the email.

Yes I did that, but in the email I only have "Online" not Stripe or Paypal
Oh, sorry Thomas, I misunderstood.
At the moment, it can only say whether it will be an on-site payment or if it's been an online payment.
