We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I've had to set up dummy employees so that I can have services running only at specific times of the day. Email notifications to the employee won't reach them, as it's a dummy address. It would be great if either one of these could be achieved:
1 - you can use the same email address for multiple users
2 - If not option 1, then a setting for all booking notifications to go to a single email address.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
For the employees' emails, if you use Google or Outlook for emails there is a workaround. You can put the same email just place +number before @ and you will be able to save employees but all emails will go to the same email address.
For example [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc, will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to [email protected] address.

Thank you for the response - I didn't know that workaround existed and will do just fine for this purpose.
Still, it would be useful a feature to be able to send all emails to an email that isn't the employee. For example, both the employee and a manager may require the booking email - is there a solution for that?

There is an option to add an additional address in notifications settings so that you can get all the notifications that are being sent
