We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I can't figure out a way to allow customers to choose a class in packages. A package Includes 2 massage coupons and 8 lessons, mix or match for Yoga or Zumba. If I offer 8 classes of each, then they would get 16 classes. If I offer 4 of each (Yoga and Zumba, then they lose the freedom to mix and match, EX: 6 yoga and 2 Zumba or 7 Zumba and 1 Yoga) any suggestions? I tried making a service called Yoga or Zumba but can't find a way to make it equal 8 combined classes. Note: coming soon mode is enabled on website because there is an online store and client isn't ready to launch yet.
Hello Brady,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
When you go to package you will see option called Total Number of Appointments
If this option is disabled, you can set the total number of appointments per service. When it is enabled, you can set the total number of appointments per package.
There you decide how many appointments will be in a package and your customer will be able to combine them per their needs.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Thank you for the reply. Now I understand the "Total Number of Appointments" option more clearly. If I enable this function and set the number to 8 classes per package, the customer can mix and match and only get to schedule a maximum of eight classes. The Yoga and Zumba classes are prices equally so that is perfect. I do wonder if it could hurt me by letting the customer schedule more than 2 massages which range from $40 to $130. The Package includes 2 massages and 8 mix and match classes. I don't believe that I can limit the number of massages if I set it up how you mentioned. If I am correct, please let me know and I can just discuss making a separate massage package with my client.
Thank you very Much.
Hello Brady,
I'm not quite sure what are you asking us and if there are any issues?
Looking forward to your reply.
