We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
For an employee, a person cannot book 2 services during the same time slot.
For example, customer "A" books "service 1h" between 10am and 11am & customer B books "service 2h" between 10am and 12pm.
Can you tell us how to do this?
Thank you
Hello Charlys.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Appointments provided by the same employee can't overlap, so you won't be able to achieve this.
The only way you'd be able to do this is to create another employee and assign one employee to one service, and another employee to another service.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thank you for your answer.
In this case, how can I limit the number of people in my establishment?
The aim is to limit the number of customers per hour for all services.
Thank you very much.
Hi again Charlys.
By 'the number of people in your establishment' do you mean employees? You control how many appointments you have, so you get to determine the number of people you'll have there.
Limiting the number of people per hour is not something that can be done in Amelia.
If you have a service between 10 am and 11 am and another service between 10 am and 12 pm, the number of people that can book depends on the service or the employee, not the hour of the day.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
