Hello! I have several questions, and I am a true newbie with all things related to building my website, so I would appreciate if you could provide answers as if you were explaining them to a 4-year-old :)

    1. Could I create a 3-hour block of time and open it for a limit of 4 participants to sign up for a group training?

    2. On this same day of a group training, could I also leave blocks of time available for individual/private coaching sessions (1 person/1 hour, for example)?

    3. Could I place a time limit so people can only sign up for appointment times 12 hours in advance, for example?

    4. Could I accept/demand payments in advance as an integrated part of the appointment calendar?

    5. For private, 1-hour appointments, I will charge 3 possible hourly rates, depending on the service (they could be $50.00/hour, $30.00/hour or $75.00/hour). Could I include these 3 hourly rate options within each appointment?

    6. I am currently using ThriveCart as my shopping cart plug-in, and I have created several designs within it for each service. Does this plugin integrate seamlessly into the appointment calendar?

Thank you so much in advance!

    Kind regards,

    Kevin

    Hello Kevin,

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    1. Yes, you can create a 3-hour service with a maximum capacity of 4 which should work great for this purpose.

    2. You could assign multiple appointments to one employee, but please note that the employee cannot be assigned to multiple appointments at the same time.

    3. Yes, this is possible in Amelia, you can set this up for each service individually.

    4. You can set up an online payment method (Stripe, Mollie, PayPal, Razorpay, and WooCommerce) which will require payment upon booking an appointment.

    5. The prices are set up per service, thus you could set up different prices for each service.

    6. As we have integration with WooCommerce, you do not need a third-party plugin as you will have a cart integrated with WooCommerce directly.

    Hope this helps you.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Kind Regards,
