We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello WP Amelia Support,
I have a couple of questions regarding the appointment slots in my business. My business is open from 18:00 to 23:30 and the meetings are 2 hours. Currently, I have appointment slots for 18:00 - 20:00 and 20:00 - 22:00. I would like to add another slot from 22:00 - 23:30 but am unsure of how to do this. I have tried assigning two workers, one taking appointments until 22:00 and the other one taking appointments from 22:00 - 23:30, but it doesn't seem to work. Is there a way to do this?
Secondly, if it's not possible to add an additional slot for 22:00 - 23:30, is there a way to make the free slot show only the start hour and not the end hour? For example, showing free slots like 18:00, 20:00, 22:00 instead of 18:00 - 20:00, 20:00 - 22:00.
Thank you for your help.
Hello Gil.
The duration of the service needs to fit in the working hours of the employees, so if your services last 2 hours, you won't be able to create a period from 22:00 - 23:30.
What you can do is either lower the duration of the service to be 1.5 hours, or create a new service that would be offered only from 22:00 - 23:30 through Working Hours.
2. Depending on which form you're using you can remove the end hours through the Customize section.
If you're using the old step-by-step booking form, it's under Step 1, when you click on the pencil symbol next to the calendar:
If you're using the new Step-by-step booking form, you can access the "Date & Time Selection" step:
Then access Options and disable the End Time visibility:
Let me know if that helps.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
