Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

This is more of a bug report.
You seem to have packages set up as an option in the booking form only when someone chooses an individual service. Only then does the suggestion come to book a discounted package. I also understand that you have a separate way of forcing just the packages to be show in the booking (show=packages).
I found a web site that has tabs to make it easier for people to know what they're booking:
TAB A: show only bundled packages
TAB B: show only individual services
I think there's a bug, however. The side bar only shows on one of the tabs and not the other. I'm thinking that your plugin gets confused when it's active twice on a single page of a site. But I like this implementation of tabs that allow the person to choose different types of booking.
It may be a bug you want to check out.
Hello Robert,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
If you already have our licenses, please write to us in the Amelia category. The reason we ask you to do this is that there has been a lot of abuse.
Because if the license has expired and the subscription has not been renewed, these users do not have access to our support, the same applies to licenses that are purchased through Envato.
Licenses purchased through Envato have access to our support for only 6 months when that time period has to elapse they have to contract Envato to extend the time for support.
We hope you understand.
As for "tabs" I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly and what do you mean? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi and thanks. I'm not actually looking for support. I'm just letting you know about a bug I think I discovered. Not needing anything but thank you for the explanation!
Hello Robert,
We thank you for that. We will look into it.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
