I'm noticing that the flow is not great for taking payments for services because clients have to pay ahead of time and also miss the step of being able to add the appointment to their calendar. However, if I turn off the payments for Woo Commerce this becomes an issue for people who have purchased Packages which require payment in order to book. Is there a way to turning on payments for Packages and not for Services?
Also I'm realizing there is no notification when a pass is purchased? This makes it difficult to know that someone even has booked a package?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. When customers buy and pay in WooCommerce you have option in settings/payments that after the payment they are redirected to Amelia thank you page
2. Is there a way to turning on payments for Packages and not for Services? - Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. When WooCmmerce is enabled this is the only payment method that you can use. What you can do probably is you try and set in WooCommerce that for services customers can pay on spot and that packages must be paid via credit card for example. But you can check this with the WooCommerce support team.
3. Also I'm realizing there is no notification when a pass is purchased? - An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:
