We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, we are using Amelia for Golf lessons and courses. We have 5 different coaches with different time slots. So the problem is, that for the courses we need 30min slots but it's also applied to the lessons and that's a problem, because the coach Carmen has a 25min lesson. Also it's a problem because the coach Ben has a 50min lesson, customer books a lesson from 09.00 to 09.50 and if I have the time window at 30min a new customer could a book 09.30 lesson which wouldn't work. So my question is how can implement that, that it works for everyone? I hope it's not to confusing thanks!
Hello ,
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,

Hi Marko,
Sorry for the confusion, I'll try to explain it better. Actually what we need is, that every Teacher has a different time frame (buffer time) after the booked session. And we also need it to be different between the services and the events. And my question was is that possible? If so, how?
Regards,
Emily Čvrljak
Hello,
Unfortunately currently this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
Each servise can have different buffer time, and you can set it in services/edit service. Unfortunately, you can not set a buffer time per employee.
As for buffer time for events unfortunately currently this feature also is not built-in. Since event are different from services and you decide on what time and day you will held the event there is no option for buffer time.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
