    Hi,

there are a few questions we got and cant find answers for. So iam just trying my luck here.

    1. Is it possible to hide non working hours in the calendar view? That way it would be more compact.

    2. Is it possible to deactivate the feature of having to create a customer in the database? That would raise some data privacy questions in our country which we dont really like to ask ourselves.

    3. Is it possible to already add a future change in opening hours? For example if we know already that from month june on we will have different working hours.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello Paul,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

When you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.

Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

    Thank you for understanding.

    1. Is it possible to hide non working hours in the calendar view? That way it would be more compact. - Only working hours are shown in calendar section. Non working hours are shown only when you enable allow admin to book at any time option. So you can turn off this option and you will only see the working hours of your employees

    2. Is it possible to deactivate the feature of having to create a customer in the database? That would raise some data privacy questions in our country which we dont really like to ask ourselves. - Unfortunately, this is not possible. This is how everything works from WordPress to Amelia. But everything is stored in your database and no one has access to this except you hosting provider.

    3. Is it possible to already add a future change in opening hours? For example, if we know already that from month June on we will have different working hours. - No, you can set only one default working hours. But you can create special days and for example you can set that your employee is working the whole June in different schedule.

If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,
