The capacity of the service is configured in the service settings.
Also, the capacity for services can be configured for each employee individually. And the maximum capacity of 30 was configured on the employee settings.

We have one employee configured and we want to allow more users to book the same slot, same day same time, but at the moment once one user books a certain time slot, that slot disappears in the front end meaning the next user wont see and we cant book the second one yet we have more than 22 seats.
We have configured maximum capacity in the services to 22, see screenshot attached, and spots in employee assigned services settings as well,(see screenshot2).
But still with these changes which you recommended 3 weeks ago, the issue is still not fixed. we cant accept more than 1 booking same time same day.
Just a NB, it seems though when we add more than one employee it seems to work, but we would love to configure this with only a single employee, could it be once one user books a slot the plugin remove the slot because it takes it that employee is booked? if thats the case how can we surpass this please, because we want to do this with a single employee and still accept more than one booking same day, same time.

The issue is that you selected the 2-hour service and the service was booked for the 6-hour one thus the employee cannot be booked for multiple bookings at the same time.

Multiple different services for the same employee cannot be booked at the same time. Since the employee has a booked appointment at 10 am for a 6-hour service, in those six hours, the employee cannot be booked for any other service.

So, I tried to create a new employee. We need to book same time/same day for 22 chairs (employees). When I clicked "save" your app is giving me the error message "THIS EMAIL IS ALREADY IN USE!"
Are you expecting us to create 22 different email addresses just so we can book multiple people same time/same day?
As for the employees' emails, if you use Google or Outlook for emails there is a workaround. You can put the same email just place +number before @ and you will be able to save employees but all emails will go to the same email address. For example, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc, will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to [email protected] address.

How do we fix this??
This is what is inherently confusing.
Our scalar room is NOT an employee! However, in order to book time in our room, we have to call our Room an Employee.
All the businesses in my FB group have Scalar Rooms and want to book time in a Room, not in an Employee.
You should change this asap!
PLEASE RESPOND.
We cannot accept multiple people for the same time slots.

If you are trying to book an appointment from the back-end, it is not possible to book multiple appointments a t the same time for the same employee.
If you want to add another customer to an appointment, you can simply edit the existing booking and add the customer.

just got a call from a member who wants to book this morning at 11:00 am, but app shows first available time is 4:00 pm.
I looked at the calendar and find 1 person booked between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
We have 22 chairs and can book 22 people on the Same Day and at the Same Time!
