Looking at using Amelia for a client. Looks great but he is keen to use direct bank transfer as a payment option for deposits (we are in Australia). Is this possible?
Yes, of course. Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems such as: PayPal, Mollie, Stripe, WooCommerce and RazorPay. So, you can use Stripe as payment option and customers pay directly vai credit cards.
Thanks for the reply. I do realise I can link various external payment options. But I was asking about DIRECT BANK TRANSFER which is commonly used here in Australia. You send the customer an email with your bank details and they manually transfer the money into your account. It may not be a feasible option for making a booking as you are not technically paying "up front". But I was wondering if there was some way to work this into the payment process.
You can set that option for paying is on site, and you can change the name of this option. Also you can customize the notifications and write them down the number of account where they need to send the money for the appointment. This is up to you, in this case all payment will be done outside of Amelia and you will not have this kind of data in Amelia. Hope this helps.

Hi,
Excellent. Thanks for that. Can you please tell me where I can rename the "off site" label. I can't see that.
Best regards,
Alan
