I purchased the premium version and the filter add on but I'm unable to get the features to pull up on my WordPress website
it says the activation tab isn't available in the lite version but I don't know how to download any other version

If you don't see the Activation Tab in the main plugin settings, it means that you have the Lite plugin version installed.

Please follow the steps explained here,

it is a step-by-step explanation of how you can safely remove the Lite version and install + activate the Full version.
