    Hello,

    I bought Amelia for my client who is a yoga teacher. I'm looking to configure the plugin to offer multiple services with monthly or weekly packs of yoga classes and then customers can book on specific dates. For example, if the customer takes a pack for 2 lessons per month, he can choose 2 dates from the available dates on the calendar. I have currently configured events (courses that take place every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) and a service for the test of 3 courses unfortunately it does not work. How can I synchronize my services with the events calendar?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Amelia works like this. service working times depends on emplyoee working times, but events can be held without employees. But you can a employee to an events, and in that case while event is held your employee is unavailable for services.

    What I want to do is to offer different offers (unit courses, 3 times a month, 2 times a month etc.), should I do it in the services? And how to set them up ? Also I want customers who buy a course package to be able to select the date and time from the calendar of available events. For example, if the customer buys a formula 3 courses per month, he must be able to choose 3 dates available in the calendar of events in the current month. How can I do that ?

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    1. What I want to do is to offer different offers (unit courses, 3 times a month, 2 times a month etc.), should I do it in the services? And how to set them up ? - You can do that with events, or if you want to do this with services you should know that service working time is tied to employee work hours. So if you want to differ service only 2 or 3 times per month you can achieve this by setting the special days in the employee modal. You need to set that you are working only on those specific days.     2. Also I want customers who buy a course package to be able to select the date and time from the calendar of available events. How can I do that ? - Packages of services is not available for event only for services. You can create a package in services/packages and you can set that that package is valid for the next 30 days for example.
