I want to set up Amelia to book Zoom group meetings for companies we work with. One user (from a company) would schedule the meeting and list their attendees. Each invitee would need to receive the notice/confirmation email for that Zoom meeting plus the link to the Zoom. (I am switching from Calendly.) I'm looking for documentation for this and only see the "how to set up Zoom".
Do you have instructions on how this would be set up?
Amelia works like this. When a customer or someone in the back book an appointment that customer will automatically get notifications about that appointment. You can add a zoom placeholder and they can get the zoom link for that appointment. And also you can customize the notifications for that service that it will be sent to customers.

Hope this helps.
