    Hello,

    For the past two weeks I have had several people tell me that they cannot make an appointment because they receive an error message during payment "the time slot is no longer available" when in reality the time slot is not taken.
    Only much later in the day they manage to make the appointment.
    I have a 9 month calendar and all appointments are taken.

    The new slots available therefore open every day for 9 months from now because this 9-month period shifts by one day each day.
    To have an appointment, people connect after midnight because that's when the new slots appear in the calendar.
    But for the past two weeks I have noticed that appointments are no longer taken around midnight but at the beginning of the morning around 9:00 am, so long after the slots are available.

    It's all very strange.
    Can you help me ?

    Update: 
    In fact, it seems that the calendar displays one day too much available when in reality the slots are not open, which creates the error message "the time slot is no longer available".
    Example: if in the settings I allow to display the slots available over 5 days then the calendar will display 6 and the last day will be a problem.

    Update 2: 
    So this morning from midnight a new slot appeared in the calendar and the error message appeared if we tried to make the appointment.
    On the other hand, around 9 or 10 a.m., people manage to take the slot

    Maybe i can make de problem easier:
    Let's say that the calendar works well, i mean there's not a day more like i said before.
    It's just that between midnight and 9am people can't take a time slot, they have the message "the time slot is no longer available" at the moment of the payment.
    They manage to make appointments only from around 9am.

    For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.

    We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
