You need to set the status for each service separately. So just go to services/edits service/settings and set the status for appointments there and that is it.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Do you have a minimum capacity for an appointment set that is bigger than 1? If you do then all customers until the capacity is filled will get pending and after the capacity is reached they all will get approved status.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I have a Service setup and Under Settings/General/Default Appointment Status - It says approved.
But when I look at the appointments itself, it says pending.
And the system is sending them a "pending" appointment notification.
And then not adding the appointment to the employee's Google Calendar.
Can you help me?

Just set this to one and 8 and let us know how it goes.
