In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

The calendar on the reservation page isn't working. First, when I have chosen the service, the calendar says "invalid date" and "NaN". Then, when I put "2023" and "January", the dates are still not available.
I tried to change so many things as general settings (dates, integrations, days and hours of work...), step by step booking form, and employees, but I can not find where the problem comes from.
Can you help me ?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Can you please update the permissions of this user so I can perform checks in regard to Amelia configuration?
In the meantime, can you please check if the duration of the service + the time of the extra is longer than the working hours for the employee and let me know if that is the case or not?

Thank you for your patience.
The issue is that the working periods of the employee last 1hr or 2hrs, while the duration of some services with the buffer time is 4 hours (2hr duration + 1hr buffer time before + 1hr buffer time after).
For that purpose, I suggest that you either increase the working hour periods or remove the buffer times.
