I submitted a ticket a number of weeks ago. The support person replied within 24 hours. After that, I haven't heard back. I sent a number of follow up emails without a reply. I hope the person is alive, otherwise this is very unprofessional. Can someone please reach out to me regarding my ticket and why the support person has decided to ignore my follow up emails?
My apologies, it seems I was replying directly to the email instead of using the ticketing system. Some support have emails relay through the ticketing system and I thought this was similar. I have replied to the support ticket via the panel.
