There's a deprecated error bar showing on top of the site and it's likely to be caused by Amelia because I've deactivated the plugins one-by-one and the bar only shows when the Amelia plugin is activated.
Here's the error:

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Hi Uroš, thanks for your answer.
I didn't solve the problem but I've managed to make the message display go away by going into the cpanel files and turn off the PHP error alerts.
Not sure what the problem is but I think it really needs solving because it's affecting other areas of the booking system. My customer just also told me their clients are not able to book particular services on certain days even though there's availability for the day and enough time to do it.
One example is: clients are not able to book the Banho & Massagem service on the 16th of this month in the afternoon past the 12:00 pm time and there's only 2 bookings made in the morning.
Would be great if you guys take a look into that as well and please feel free to do whatever is necessary to solve the issues.

Thanks for your update. The deprecated error has indeed been solved but unfortunately the other issue has not. The allocated slots for certain services are more limited that they were before.
For example we used to have more time options when booking the services and for some reasons now we don't.
If you check on the 26th of January, our client wants to book a slot at 14:30 but it won't give more options past 13:45 when there's nothing else booked that afternoon.
In the same conditions, the day after... the 27th give us more slot options in the afternoon.
Could you tell us why is that happening when all days used to be exact the same before?
