The attached file cust-info.jpg shows the customized fields that we have created. You can see these yourself if you start to create an appointment here: https://eurostonecraft.com/appointment/. You can select No Preference on the first screen and just select any available slot from the calendar page to get to the customer input screen.
When I go to the custom fields screen it is empty (see attachment) and when I try to pull up the form to modify it, I also cannot see my customized fields.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
1. Are the custom fields displayed on the back end now?
2. The only option is to check it out on the page. You could set up a private page for that purpose, where you would test it out if it suits your needs.
I would like to modify an existing customized form but I don't see how I can do that since the upgrade to the new forms. Am I missing something?
Hello Glenn,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please elaborate on what you are referring to and I will assist you with this?Looking forward to your reply.
