Hi!

Here in Mexico, a lot of people still prefer to pay via bank transfer, instead of credit card or PayPal.

Therefore, I have added "bank transfer" as an offline payment option in WooCommerce.

In WooCommerce, these transactions are marked as pending. Once we received proof of payment, the transaction is marked as "complete".

In Amelia, I need to mark appointments that are to be paid via bank transfer as Pending.

Also, the appointment confirmation message must not be sent automatically, but only once the appointment has been marked as Approved.

Please can you let me know how I can achieve this?

Never mind. I realized that I just needed to adjust the WooCommerce rules in the payments section of Amelia, so that pending orders are marked as pending appointments.
