It's quite hard to get the google calendar working. Would it be possible to get the calendar that is viewable in the calendar plugin made public? It now is visible within the plugin. Wordpress backoffice - Amelia - Calendar.
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of more screenshots?
Well in the backoffice it is possible to see a full calendar overview of (that's how we equipped Amelia) the tables someone can book. so in the backoffice there is an overview per week/day/month/list/timeline. What would be perfect is if we could make this line publicly visible.. https://www.meshprintclub.com/wp/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-calendar#/calendar (now its limited to the web-admin). its gives the view (see attachment). Otherwise you will have to manage a lot of settings within google calendar to make this possible (and if something change in google you can start again). Easiest thing would be if it there is a possibility to make this calendar visible for everyone (if you have the link) instead of the web-admin only. I hope I was clear enough to make it understandable :-) kind regards,
Yes, this was clear and we thank you for this. But, unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Only admin or managers can have this overview and employees can only see their own appointments. I would say that you can leave e future request but to be honest in 99% of cases users do not wish this to be changed so that employees or customers can see this overview. So I'm afraid that this will not be changed in the future.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Clear. Unfortunately :-) Could be a invisible link that only the admin can make visible. Markets use Amelia all different and for us it would be a plus to have made it visible (as a silkscreen place with tables - so people can see who is there more - so they can work together and book also a table (employee in your software) :-)

Hello Ivan,
You are most welcome, and we try to help as best as we can but some features are not built in and they won't be built in, unfortunately.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
